Reports are accepted in cases of human rights violations related to general human rights issues that occur during business and work with POSCO, and the process is operated confidentially. However, please note that matters unrelated to general human rights violations may be closed without response.

Precautions When Submitting a Report

  • - For reports related to unethical conduct, abuse of power, workplace bullying/sexual harassment, fair trade, or trade secret infringement, please use the separate reporting centers in the respective tabs.
  • - All consultations and reports are strictly confidential, and protective measures are applied to prevent any disadvantage due to reporting.
  • - If the reporter¡¯s email address or phone number is incorrect, it may be difficult to proceed with the investigation or notify the results.

¡Ø Please note that reports falling under the following cases may be excluded from investigation.

  • - Reports concerning employees¡¯ private lives or personal disputes that the company cannot intervene in
  • - Reports made to request special favors or for improper purposes
  • - Reports that are groundless, malicious, or contain false information or one-sided claims to slander others

Consent to Collect Personal Information

¡à Personal Information Collection Purpose/Type/Use 1. General Human Rights Violation Reporting Center collects minimum personal information necessary to confirm the wrongdoing and to provide reply of outcome. Therefore, we ask for your consent to the collection and use of personal information. 2. Type of Information Collected - Reporter, phone number, e-mail address * To ensure timely verification of your report, we kindly ask you to indicate your country of residence within the ¡®documentation¡¯ 3. Personal information is retained for 5 years from submission of the complaint by the reporter (data subject). 4. The data subject has the right to decline to consent, in which case s/he will not be able to use the reporting system.

To view the result of the report, please make sure to keep one of the following: password, registration number issued upon the completion of your complaint, phone number or email address.
